Hi! This is the part where I tell you my government name. It's Alexis Montilla, but you can call me Lex!

I'm a photographer based in Providence, RI who loves to travel throughout New England to capture moments! I've been taking pictures since 2016 when I bought my first used camera for $300- the Canon T3i (10/10 would recommend for beginners!). Little did I know, investing in this new hobby would soon turn into a passion.

Fast forward to January 2021, with the push from my friends and family, I turned my passion into a business. I couldn't have done it without their support! I have a real go-getter attitude, so of course I hit the ground running once I set my mind to this whole 'professional photography' thing. Many upgrades, weddings, photoshoots, events, laughing, and smiling faces after, I find myself here today talking to you about my story. But, nothing would make me happier than capturing a new story.
